About UsWe believe support teams should have the power to fix issues, not just report them

Pebble was founded by two product leaders who spent years watching the same broken cycle play out: customer reports a bug, support writes it up, engineering gets interrupted, everyone waits, repeat.

We built Pebble to break that cycle.

Our story

We met at Harvard and MIT over a decade ago and have been building things together ever since.

After years at fast-growing software companies, we kept seeing the same pattern: support teams drowning in escalations they couldn't resolve, engineers pulled off real work to answer tickets that took minutes to fix, and customers waiting days for answers. Not because anyone was doing a bad job — but because support teams didn't have the tools to actually fix anything.

So we built Pebble. A platform that gives support teams the ability to resolve issues themselves — querying data, pulling logs, pushing fixes — with lightweight engineering sign-off built in. Less waiting. Fewer interruptions. Issues that actually get fixed.

Meet the founders
Alex Batchelor
Alex BatchelorCEO & Co-Founder

Alex was most recently Head of AI and Engineering at Mutiny, where she built and shipped ML products from zero to one while leading technical teams through rapid growth. She started Pebble after spending years on the engineering side watching support escalations steal focus from the work that actually mattered.

Dima Ayyash
Dima AyyashCo-Founder

Dima is an MIT alum who has led product design, operations, and go-to-market at companies ranging from Wise Systems to the MIT AI Conference. She brings a rare combination of technical depth and commercial instinct — and a strong conviction that great support is one of the most underleveraged growth levers in software.

What we believe
Closed doesn't mean fixedA ticket can be marked resolved while the underlying bug is still there. We're building for the outcome that actually matters: the issue is gone.
Support interruptions are an engineering taxEvery escalation that lands in an engineer's inbox is focus lost. The best support teams protect engineering time — and the best tools make that possible.
The second time should be faster than the firstEvery issue a team resolves should make the next one easier. We're building systems that learn and improve, so teams compound their knowledge instead of repeating their work.
